Olympe began with our own children — and a simple feeling: that the things made for early childhood could be calmer, finer, and more beautiful than what we kept finding on the shelf.
We’re a French family. And there’s a certain French instinct about raising children — fewer toys, better ones; room to be independent; beauty in the everyday. That sensibility runs through everything we make.
We design our pieces ourselves, with our own eye on every detail. We make them responsibly, with partners we trust — and we test them to U.S. safety standards (ASTM & CPSIA), because nothing matters more than that.
That point of view is the thread through everything: a calmer kind of childhood, where little ones are trusted to take part, to reach a little higher, to do a little more for themselves — and where the things around them are made to last and meant to be handed down.
